SafetyNet is a Residential Treatment Facility designed to provide care to children ages 10-18 with emotional, psychological, and/or behavioral management problems. SafetyNet offers individual, group and family therapy using multiple counseling theories and modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other traditional forms of psychotherapy.
Therapists are responsible for conducting individual, group and family therapy as well as providing case management for 8-14 males. Candidate needs to have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, be familiar with a team approach to treatment, and be familiar or open to a holistic approach to treatment. Position requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or a related field. License and experience preferred (LPC, LGSW, LCSW, etc…).
